Apple just dropped iOS 26 Beta 7 for developers, and we’re probably only 1–2 betas away from the end of the iOS 26 cycle. Last week Beta 6 surprised us with that new app-opening animation, so now I’m curious, does Beta 7 have any surprises waiting

Adaptive Power Mode
In iOS 26 Beta 7, there’s now a toggle for Adaptive Power Notifications under Settings → Battery → Power Mode.
Adaptive Power Mode is only available on iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max, and the iPhone 16 series.
Blood Oxygen on Apple Watch
Apple released the redesigned Blood Oxygen feature for Apple Watch users in the United States with last week’s iOS 18.6.1 and watchOS 11.6.1 updates, and in iOS 26 Beta 7, Blood Oxygen has worked the same way.
Action Button
Wallpaper in the Action Button settings has now been updated with the default iOS 26 wallpaper.
“New Features” Screen
In iOS 26 Beta 6, Apple added a video highlighting the new features of iOS 26, which plays after you update your device. In Beta 7, Apple has polished the video a bit and localized it into 9 additional languages, including:
- Arabic
- Chinese (Simplified)
- English (India)
- French
- Hebrew
- Japanese
- Portuguese (Brazil)
- Spanish
- Vietnamese
