Cook said that Apple is “actively communicating with regulators” with the goal of getting everyone to use Apple Intelligence. I don’t know if this is true or not.

I opened the Siri settings on the Chinese version of the iPhone, and the titles of Apple Intelligence and Siri appeared in an instant.
