iOS 17 are not support beta profile file update but only support via system general in settings.
OS Beta now only open for Apple Developer Program
For normal people, you can subscribe 99$ Apple Developer Program for individual, it is expensive and complex
But it seems that we can subscribe Apple Developer Program for organization, then invite normal people by Apple ID into organization, then that account can have the OS beta right.
All these process can be processed automatically, Is it any obvious short comings? Or is it practiable?

That’s correct, Apple Developer Enterprise accounts can invite other Apple IDs to their organization to access beta software and similar privileges as individual developer accounts.
I have been thinking about this for the past few days, and registering an Apple Developer Enterprise account is not easy. If someone can help me obtain an Apple Developer Enterprise account (even if I have to pay for it), I will assist others in adding their Apple IDs to the organization to receive beta updates.
The process is quite simple, the account manager needs to add individual Apple IDs to their organization, then accept the invitation to join the organization, and that’s it.

Maybe create some apple id’s to add and share them with multiple people so more of us can acces it?
Creating an Apple Developer Organization account is not as simple as a personal account. Apple requires a D-U-N-S number to verify the organization’s authenticity and active status.

It is possible I can get a D-U-N-S number, I could un-dissolve my old business on companies house (UK) and apply for one I believe from what I have read on Apple’s FAQ.
Yes, this is how it works. Ive done it for the company where I work and we have to get the D-U-N-S number.
