Hello good I updated a few days ago my iphone 11 to 17.6.1 and stopped working the mobile network (simcard) appears 4G but it does not work, I have tried everything possible that can be done and nothing… I have tried to reset network settings, to use another mobile data network (APN) NET, restart it, try another sim on the mobile, the sim on an android mobile and the network works perfectly, turn it off, restart it, I bought the mobile new in apple.com 3 years ago and it worked perfectly before the update, it has no bumps or anything, It’s update problem also the battery lasts only 25 minutes after the update, in the official Apple forum they don’t give me a solution… I don’t know what to do anymore, since you can’t go back to an old version if you don’t jailbreak or something like that… Does anyone have a solution to this?
First, I recommend downgrading to iOS 17.6 using the .ipsw file. Usually, if a problem is software-related, reinstalling the software or restarting your device can fix it.
If that doesn’t work, I suggest taking your iPhone to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider nearby. The support team can run diagnostics to figure out what’s causing the issue.
@Trescuno3012, do as @betaprofiles tells you, connect the mobile to a computer via cable and make a restoration, it will try to install the version corresponding to the device you have, once done “supposedly” you will have to return everything to its order. Tell us how it went!! Cheer up and good luck!!
