Did 16.5 killed dev beta profiles? On 16.5 Dev 2 and trying to install the dev profile and it just disappears.

Some users are still receiving Dev beta 3 today with the beta profile, but it seems like most are still losing the beta profile when attempting to reinstall it.
By the way, IPSW files still work if you want to update.
