We’re nearing the official release of iOS 18.1 _([expected on October 28](https://forum.betaprofiles.com/t/when-will-ios-18-2-beta-be-released-updated/16409))_, and today Apple has released the 7th beta version of iOS 18.1 for developers. This update continues to bring a few minor changes ahead of the public release later this month. Face ID is also said to unlock faster.
