Anyone else unable to use lossless audio with AirPods Max (USB-C) on iOS 18.5 beta? Connecting via the included USB-C cable to iPhone 16 Pro Max disables Bluetooth and wired audio doesn’t work. “AirPods Max USB Audio” doesn’t show up either. Reboots and resets didn’t help. ---

You’re not alone. I’ve seen several people on [Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/Airpodsmax/comments/1jq2m4z/happy_new_year/) reporting that Lossless Audio isn’t working with the USB-C AirPods Max after updating to iOS 18.5 Beta 1. I think you should report it to Apple through the Feedback app so they can fix it in Beta 2. ![Screenshot 2025-04-04 at 7.30.36 PM Large](https://forum.betaprofiles.com/uploads/default/original/2X/5/588d7a01ade827566265bfd219da39dea4da67e9.jpeg) ---
