# How can I remove the MacOS Dev Profile again

how can I remove the MacOS Dev Profile on MAcOS 13.4 again. Deselecting not working.

Just turn off the Beta-Updates option.

So why would you want to remove macOS beta when your Mac isn’t even running a beta?

But I can’t turn off the option anymore and when I have automatic updates on, it always tries to install a developer beta version. I want to get rid of the dev. version, it is like burned in and you can not deselect it

Ah, I understand. This is unfamiliar and new to me. You may need to [contact Apple Support](https://support.apple.com/mac) to have them check your Mac.
